Blades
• The blades incorporate two pivots on its support
side which serve to center them and secure them
properly in the jar.
• Insert the blades holder from the bottom of
the jar and turn clockwise to the lock (the two
coincide arrows).
• To remove the blades from the jar: Turn the
holder counterclockwise. Move the blades
holder from the bottom of the jar.
• Important: Do not start the machine when
the blade is not fixed properly. Take special
care when handling and blades are very
sharp. Be careful not to cut when you
remove the bladed from the jar.
Kneader
• To attach the kneader to the jar: Insert the kneader
in the hole of the jar. Place the blades holder from
the bottom of the jar and turn clockwise to the lock
(the two coincide arrows).
• To remove the kneader from the jar: Turn the bla-
des holder counterclockwise, and then take it out
from the bottom. Pull the kneader from the jar.
• Important: Do not start the machine when the
knead is not fixed properly.
Steaming basket
• For cooking ingredients which do not have to be
mixed or crushed.
• To brew, filter or drain broths, smoothies, juices.
Hold the basket with spatula in the filtering
operation.
Steaming trays
• The trays serves to steam the food in big size. It
has a tongue at the bottom of the basing tray.
Place the tower on the base for steaming.
• Important: When working in hot kitchen or
steamed, reaching high temperatures. Use
caution when handling unit and accessories,
as that there is risk of burns.
