Setting write access level
(Meters with internal clock only)
Certain communication commands can be password protected, not pro-
tected or closed. If not protected the command is accepted by the meter
if the syntax is correct. If password protected the command is accepted
if a correct password is sent before the command is sent. If closed the
command is never accepted. The 3 levels are displayed on the LCD as:
"oPEn" (not protected), "oPEn P" (password protected) and "CLoSEd"
(command not accepted). Default at delivery is normally not protected.
