4. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• The warning triangle sign indicates all instructions which are important for safety. Always
follow these otherwise you could injure yourself or damage the device.
• Children may not play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by children without supervision.
• Do not be careless and leave the packaging lying around. This could become a dangerous
toy for a child!
• Only use this product for its designated purpose!
• Do not manipulate or disassemble the device!
• For your own safety, only use accessories and spare parts that are described in these instruc-
tions or are recommended by the manufacturer!
• The smartphone holder must not restrict the driver' s view.
• The driver must not be hindered by the smartphone holder.
• The smartphone holder must not be mounted near air bags. To do this, read your vehicle ma-
nual or ask your specialist garage.
• Charging should be supervised.
• Only use suitable chargers or USB ports to charge.
• Ensure that your mobile device does not overheat in front of the ventilation grille when hea-
ting is in operation.
• To remove the cable always pull it out by the plug, never by the cable.
• When using in traffic the regulations of the StVZO (national road traffic regulations) must
be adhered to.
• Keep EC cards, credit cards and similar magnetic cards away from the induction charger. Ma-
gnetic cards could be damaged and saved data could be lost.

6. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Some types of protective covers don't enable a very stable attachment to the magnetic
holder. This could be because the cover is too thick or there is a magnetic catch on a flip case.
Remove your smartphone from its protective cover. Place the magnet ring on the back of our
smartphone so that the ring opening is lying exactly over the induction coil (Please check your
smartphone manual). Put the protective cover back on.
