There is no warranty for damage caused for the following reasons:

Cutting and scratch marks of purely optical
•
overheating
•
unsuitable and improper use
•
incorrect, inappropriate, improper or negligent treatment
•
Failure to follow this instruction manual
•
improperly performed repairs
•
the installation of replacement parts that do not correspond
to the original design.
The warranty claim must be made either directly to the guarantor
or to an authorized WiKa Technology dealer.
An exchange or return is possible if
•
The product is unused
•
The goods are complete
•
The goods are originally packed
•
The goods will be returned within 14 days
•
Complaints for damaged parts must be reported by email
within 3 days of receipt (with photo)
An exchange or return is excluded if
•
The goods are returned incomplete
•
The goods were delivered more than 14 days ago
•
The goods were already in use
