5. Guarantee
We guarantee this during a warranty period of 2 years the proper
functioning of our product in terms of material and treatment.
This does not apply to wearing parts. The warranty period begins
on the date of purchase of the product from the WiKa Technology
reseller or online store. If there are defects in the product during
the warranty period, we will replace the defective FlexFire or parts
thereof free of charge. The warranty claim extends exclusively to
this claim. Further claims under this guarantee are excluded. The
invoice must be submitted in order to assert the warranty claim.
Of course, this warranty does not limit your statutory warranty
rights. Within the warranty period, you are entitled to the
statutory warranty rights to subsequent performance, reduction,
cancellation and compensation in accordance with §§ 437 ff BGB
to the statutory extent.
We produce the FlexFire in a state‐of‐the‐art and environmentally
friendly process and for ecological reasons we do without an
environmentally harmful surface treatment at the end of
production. Therefore, there may be a slight brown discoloration
at cut edges by the manufacturing process. This is caused by the
heat of the manufacturing process and is a normal reaction of the
metal. It has no influence on the functionality and efficiency of the
FlexFire and does not justify a warranty claim
