(3) In order to attach and adjust the steering column, make sure that the front fork is inserted
into the frame facing in the direction of travel as in fig. (I). The steering column is then inserted
into the frame tube. When doing this, ensure that it is parallel to the front wheel and that the
handlebars are set at the required height. The steering column may not be pulled out any fur-
ther than the groove marked MAX. In order to fasten the steering column, the screw at the top
end of the steering column tube must be tightened. To do this, it is best to stand in front of the
scooter with the front wheel gripped between your legs and tighten the screw so firmly that the
steering function can be safely guaranteed. Finally, the brake cable is again guided through the
cable channel and the brake function is tested. This may have to be adjusted.
(4) The tilt angle of the handlebars can be set by loosening the four screws on the handlebar
head. Please note that this will change the height of the handlebars. Subsequently retighten the
screws well so that the handlebars don't fold down while the bike is in use.
instructions for adJustinG tHe Brake sYstem
The brake system is pre-assembled at the factory and should be tested and if necessary adju-
sted before using the scooter. How to do this: check that the brake blocks are lying evenly on
the rim flank. If this is not the case, you can adjust them by releasing the brake shoe screw (B).
The recommended distance between the rim and the brake block is approx. 1.5 to 2 mm. If the
distance is larger or smaller, you can change it by turning the adjusting screw (C) (screwing it in
will decrease the braking force! Screwing it out will increase the braking force!). If the distance
from the brake blocks is too great, the brake cable should be adjusted by loosening the nut at
clamping screw (D) and pulling it through as required.
imPortant! Whenever you work on the brake, it is crucial that you check whether all the
screws are tight and that the brake is actually working. Defective brakes are a tremendous
hazard and may cause accidents!
care and maintenance
Only use a cloth or damp rag to clean the product; do not use harsh cleaning agents!Check the
product for damage and wear and tear before and after use, and repair this at once. Make sure
that all screws on movable parts such as the axle and steering column are tightened firmly and
cannot loosen while travelling. Store the product in a safe place protected from the climate,
so that it cannot be damaged. For your own safety, make sure that you only use original spare
parts. You can order these from HUDORA. Do not make any structural changes. Should any
parts be damaged or any sharp corners and edges have formed, use of the product should be

• The scooter is not suitable for jumps.
• The scooter is not a vehicle in the sense of the road traffic regulations! It is intended for use
on footpaths.

istruzioni di montaGGio
Il monopattino deve essere montato da un adulto.
Allentare i dadi serrati dell'asse nonché il supporto del cavo del freno (A) (vedi figura (II)). Mon-
tare la ruota anteriore nei fori della forcella e inserire quindi la rondella bloccante e il supporto
del parafango sull'asse prima di fissare quest'ultimo con il dado.
Assicurarsi che la posizione dell'asse sia diritta e che la ruota si trovi a una distanza sufficiente
dal parafango.
(2) Fissare il parafango sul telaio. La vite viene fatta passare anteriormente attraverso la for-
cella e quindi attraverso il supporto del parafango. Quindi montare la rondella e serrare salda-
mente il dado.
(3) Per fissare e regolare il manubrio, assicurarsi che la forcella anteriore sia inserita nel telaio
in direzione di marcia come illustrato nella figura (I). Quindi infilare il manubrio nel tubo del
telaio. Durante quest'operazione, fare attenzione che il manubrio sia allineato parallelamente
alla ruota anteriore e che sia regolato sull'altezza desiderata. Non alzare il manubrio lasciando
visibile la tacca che segnala il limite massimo in altezza.
Per fissare il manubrio, serrare la relativa vite sull'estremità superiore del gambo del manubrio.
Si consiglia di posizionarsi davanti al monopattino tenendo la ruota anteriore tra le gambe e
serrare saldamente la vite in modo da garantire il corretto funzionamento del manubrio. Da ulti-
mo, introdurre di nuovo il cavo del freno nel supporto cavi e verificare il corretto funzionamento
dei freni. Eventualmente provvedere alla loro regolazione.
(4) Allentando le quattro viti sulla testa del manubrio, è possibile regolare l'angolo di inclinazi-
one del manubrio. Prestare attenzione al fatto che in questo modo cambia anche l'altezza del
manubrio. Stringere bene le viti, affinché il manubrio non si pieghi durante la corsa.
istruzioni Per la reGolazione del sistema frenante
Il sistema frenante viene montato in fabbrica e dovrebbe essere controllato ed eventualmente
regolato prima dell'utilizzo della ruota. Procedere come segue: verificare la posizione centrata
dei pattini sulla fascia del cerchio. Qualora non dovessero trovarsi in posizione equilibrata,
regolarli allentando la vite delle ganasce (B). La distanza consigliata tra il cerchione e il pattino
è compresa tra 1,5 e 2 mm. Nel caso in cui dovesse essere superiore o inferiore, la si può
modificare ruotando la vite di regolazione (C) (stringendo la vite la forza frenante diminuisce.
Allentando la vite di regolazione, la forza frenante aumenta). Se la distanza dei pattini è ec-
cessiva, regolare la vite (D) su cui si serra il cavo del freno allentando il dado e tirare il cavo.
mPortante! Dopo ogni operazione sull'impianto frenante, controllare attentamente che
tutte le viti siano serrate e che i freni effettivamente funzionino. Il mancato funzionamento dei
freni può causare gravi pericoli e incidenti!
manutenzione e cura
Pulire il prodotto solo con un panno o uno straccio inumidito senza usare detergenti aggressivi!
Controllare l'eventuale presenza di danni o di segni di usura sul prodotto prima e dopo l'uso
ed eliminarli immediatamente. Assicurarsi che i raccordi a vite sulle parti mobili, come asse
e manubrio, siano serrati saldamente e non possano allentarsi durante la corsa. Conservare
il prodotto in un luogo sicuro e protetto dalle intemperie, in modo che non possa essere dan-
neggiato. Utilizzare per la sicurezza personale solo parti di ricambio originali, che si possono
acquistare da HUDORA. Non apportare modifiche tecniche. Non utilizzare il prodotto nel caso
in cui alcune parti dovessero danneggiarsi o si dovessero formare angoli o spigoli appuntiti. In
