4.2. Connecting the product
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock from live parts
Ensure that the product is switched off before
plugging it into an easily accessible and correctly installed
safety socket (220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz) which is close to the
place where you will be using the product. Always keep the
socket free of obstructions so that the plug can be pulled out
easily.
Do not use the product if there is visible damage to the mains
cable or to the product or if the product has been dropped.
When disconnecting the product from the mains supply, al-
ways pull on the plug rather than on the cable.
Do not hang the product up by the cable.
Do not wind the mains cable around the product.
Make sure that the mains cable is not running over sharp edg-
es and ensure that it is not caught or hanging down so as to
cause a tripping hazard.
Make sure that the mains cable does not come into contact
with parts of the product which are hot.
4.3. Operating the product
Do not use the product with wet hands, near or in the show-
er, bathtub or a washbasin full of water. If the product comes
into contact with water, do not reach into the water but pull
out the plug immediately.
Pull out the plug after each use in bathrooms as there is a risk
of electric shock due to the damp atmosphere and the live
parts.
Do not put metal objects into the air inlet or blower vent as
