Important safety information

▪ The attachments are intended for use only with the WMF KULT X
spiral cutter (item number: 04 1648 0011) and WMF KULT Pro spiral
cutter with 5-piece multi-cutting set (item number: 04 1654 0011).
▪ Devices can be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, and persons lacking experience and/or lacking
knowledge, if they are supervised or have received instructions
regarding how the device is to be used safely and have understood
the resulting hazards.
▪ These attachments may not be used by children. The attachments,
the device for which the attachments are intended and its power
cable must be kept out of the reach of children.
▪ Switch the appliance off and disconnect it from the mains supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that move during
use.
▪ After using the appliance and accessories, carefully clean all
surfaces/parts that have come into contact with food. Please follow
the instructions in the "Cleaning and care" section.
▪ This device may not be used by children. The device and its
connecting cable are to be kept away from children.
▪ Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not
play with the device.
▪ The device is always to be disconnected from the mains by
disconnecting the power plug when there is no supervision present
or for a fault during operation, prior to assembly, disassembly or
cleaning.
▪ If the supply cable of this device is damaged, the manufacturer,
their customer service or a similarly qualified person must replace it
in order to avoid hazards.

▪ This appliance is designed to be used in the household and for
similar applications, such as:
⋅ Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other commercial
environments;
⋅ Farmhouses;
⋅ By guests at hotels, motels and other residential facilities;
⋅ At bed-and-breakfast establishments.
▪ The attachments are not intended for purely commercial use.
▪ For further safety information relating to the mixer, refer to the
original instruction manual for the appliance.
▪ Do not reach into the attachment while it is in operation.
Keep your hair or loose items of clothing, for example, away from
the pressing cones.
Purpose
Use the citrus juicer (item no. 04 1676 0071) to press grapefruits, oranges, limes and lemons with the
WMF Kult X spiral cutter or WMF Kult Pro spiral cutter with 5-piece multi-cutting set.

Initial operation

▪ Remove all packaging from the attachments.
▪ Clean the attachments before use as described in the "Cleaning and care" section.
▪ Place the transparent jug (6) inside the appliance to collect the pressed juice.
▪ Attach the strainer holder (4) to the spout (5) by twisting it slightly.
▪ Then insert the strainer holder (4) with the spout (5) into the motor unit.
▪ Insert the pressing cone (1,2) into the strainer (3), then insert the strainer (3) into motor unit and
twist clockwise to fix it tightly. The appliance cannot be operated if the strainer (3) is not locked in
place.
Note: The small pressing cone (2) is located within the large
pressing cone (1). If the small pressing cone (2) is to be used,
press down on the two opposing recesses and pull off the
large pressing cone (1).
If the large pressing cone (1) is to be used, it should be
attached to the small pressing cone (2). It clicks into place.
▪ Now insert the mains plug into the socket.
▪ To switch the appliance on, press the start/stop button.
▪ Press the cut surface of the halved citrus fruit into the pressing cone (2, 3).
▪ The pressed juice flows through the spout in the jug via the strainer (3) which retains the pulp and
pips.
Note: Clean the strainer (3) regularly to prevent it from overflowing.
▪ Switch the appliance off and then press the pressing cone (1,2) again for a few seconds at the end
so that the remaining juice can flow into the spout (5).
