Initial set up

1. Connect the power cord to the main unit. Plug the power
plug into a mains outlet.
2. Connect the LAN cable to the LAN port on the main unit,
and connect the other end of the cable to the network (via
router/switch/hub).
3. Plug the power plugs of the devices to be monitored into the
power sockets on the main unit.

Operation

• Press and hold the power socket control buttons for two
seconds to turn on/off the corresponding power socket. The
button will light up in orange to indicate the power socket is
functioning.
• Press and hold the Internet protection button (UIS ON /
OFF) for two seconds to switch on/off the Internet protection
function. The button will light up in blue to indicate the Internet
protection function is turned on. The Internet protection
function enables the main unit to restart the power supply to
the two power sockets when the main unit is disconnected
from the Internet.
• The Internet online indicator will blink in green when the MSN
switch is connected to the Internet and the Internet protection
function is turned off; it will light up continuously and stop
blinking when the Internet protection function is turned on; it
will go off when it loses the connection to the Internet.
