Removing Jammed Paper - Epson TM-L60II Bedienungsanleitung

Load the roll while lightly pushing out the right roll paper holder.
Release the holder after fitting the paper core onto it. Be sure the
paper turns freely. Roll paper should feed from the bottom, as
shown below.
Insert the paper edge into the slot and feed the paper 5 cm {2"}
beyond the tear-off edge. Align the paper coming out of the exit
with the paper on the roll, and pull the paper to take up slack. Push
down the release lever. Tear extra paper at the tear-off edge. Close
the printer cover.

Removing Jammed Paper

The print head becomes very hot during printing. Allow it to cool before
you reach into the printer.
1. Open the printer cover and pull up the head-open lever to raise
the print head, as shown on the left below. The release lever
should be down at this time.
2. Loosen the screw to remove the upper part of the paper guide,
as shown on the right below.
3. Remove the jammed paper.
4. Close the print head using the print head open lever.
