Unpacking
Eliminate packaging according to current laws and
regulations.
Destroy all plastic packaging bags to avoid
that children may play with them.
Checking content
Check content. If certain parts should be missing,
immediately contact your dealer.
Positioning
Place the appliance on the table.
Make sure the appliance is positioned in compli-
ance with the following safety precautions:
Make sure the appliance is placed on a flat,
stable surface so that no one will overturn it
or get injured.
Never place the appliance directly under an electric
socket.
This appliance is intended to be used in
household only.

Warning! The inappropriate use of electric
current may cause death! Connect the
appliance only to alternate current with a voltage of
230 V / 50 Hz. Voltage must correspond to that
indicated on the appliance's designation label. The
fuse must be of at least 6 ampere. So as to prevent
accidents, we advise the use of safety sockets with
a differential switch.
Only use extension cords after having verified that
they are in perfect state.
This appliance is not intended to be oper-
ated by means of an external timer or sepa-
rate remote-control system.
To prevent the risk of short-circuits and
electric shock, contact of the appliance or
of the power supply cord with water or any other
liquid is strictly prohibited!
Make sure that the appliance is well out of
reach of children. So as to prevent the risk
of burns, when in use, keep children and animals
well away from the appliance.
Never place the appliance on hot surfaces
or near direct flames or other inflammable
materials. Never place the appliance under or near
deformable materials (for ex. kitchen cupboards).
Curtains or other similar objects must never be
close to the appliance. To prevent the risk of fire, it
is absolutely necessary to respect a minimum
safety distance of 50 cm! Again to prevent all fire
risks never cover the appliance with dish towels or
other similar objects!
Never use a faulty power supply cord.
Damaged plugs and cords must be imme-
diately replaced at the service aftersales depart-
ment (a special tool must be used).
Never touch any part of the appliance that
conducts electric current; the latter may
provoke electric shock, with consequent serious
injuries or even death.
