It is important that the dome fits properly into your ear.
Your hearing aid is constructed from the highest quality
materials, and the likelihood of an allergic reaction is low.
If the dome irritates your ear in any way, contact your
Sonetik Specialist.
To Clean the Microphone:
Use a brush to remove any debris
from the microphone. Be careful that
you don't push the debris inside the
microphone. Hold the hearing aid
facing downwards ensuring loose
wax falls out and away and not into
the microphone. If you can't remove
the debris from the microphone,
contact your Sonetik Specialist.
To Clean the Earwax Filter:
Use a brush to remove any earwax
from the earwax filter. Hold the
hearing aid sound outlet facing
downwards ensuring loose wax falls
out and away and not into the filter.
If you can't remove the earwax,
exchange the filter. It is important
to replace the filter as soon as it has
