USE
1. Insert the loose strap end together with the
insertion buckle through the O buckle from
below. (Pic. 5)
2. Align insertion buckle in parallel with O buckle.

Closing the buckle
Push the parts of the buckle together until you hear
a "CLICK" noise. Check proper locking/functioning
of the buckle (buckle halves freely movable inside
each other, gap between buckle halves 2-3 mm;
pulling at both buckle halves).
Opening the buckle
1. Push buckle halves together.
2. Simultaneously press both unlocking buttons
towards the TEUFELBERGER logo
3. Pull parts of the buckle apart.

In combination with a fall arrest system according
to EN 353-1, the Holding eyelets (Fig. 14) may also
be used as follows: The carabiner hook of the si-
multaneously running arrest system is attached to
the two loops on the sub-pelvic strap; in addition,
a connection to the upper D-ring of the fall arrest
harness (marked "A") should be created (e.g. with a
suitable carabiner snap hook according to EN 362
or a connector according to EN 354)
On TEUFELBERGER fall arrest harnesses, the wa-
ist belts (depending on model and design) include
mounts for gear ("gear loops" - Pic. 15-16) and tool
bag mounts ("attachment rings" - Pic. 17).
