Controls and indicators
See figure 05.
D Level indicator : indicates the level of conden-
sate inside the filter.
E Level indicator: indicates the level of the lubri-
cant inside the lubricator.
Adjusting the FRL
WARNING Follow the general safety infor-
mation and respect the technical data values
See figure 05.
• To adjust the pressure, lift knob "G". Turn the
knob to adjust the tool air pressure supply. The
pressure value is shown on pressure gauge "H".
To reduce the pressure, first set it below the de-
sired value and then increase it up to the value
required. Once you have adjusted the pressure
push knob "G" downwards.
• To avoid damaging the tool, the air must be lu-
bricated. Use knob "F" to control the drops so
that 8÷10 drops per minute are released into the
lubricator.
Use
Before use
WARNING Check the suitability of the trol-
ley to the task to be carried out according to
the uses foreseen by the manufacturer.
• Check that the pipes are correctly connected to
the connections.
• Check the oil level in the lubricator.
• Periodically drain the water from the filter.

Positioning of the tool support
See figure 06.
To turn the support :
1. Partially loosen the knob "A".
2. Turn the arm.

Maintenance

Periodical maintenance
On a daily basis check :
• The integrity of the pipes. Replace them in case
of any sign of aging, breaking, swelling etc.
• The amount of condensate inside the filters. If
the quantity is excessive it must be drained.
• The amount of oil in the lubricator. If below
minimum level top up with suitable oil.
Draining condensate from the filter
Condensate in the filters is drained automatically:
• When there is no pressure in the system.
• When condensate reaches the maximum level;
however try to maintain the level of condensate
below the maximum level displayed on the lev-
el indicator.
Replacing the filter
WARNING Depressurise before carrying out
any maintenance operation.
It is suggested to change the filter every 6 months.
Disassembly
See figure 07.
1. unscrew the cup "J".
2. remove the filter "I".
