i-tec Metal Power bank 12000 mAh
INTRODUCTION
Metal Power bank 12000 mAh is a portable battery used for charging of hardware devices (e.g., mobile phones,
GPS navigators, tablets, music players) when travelling. Thanks to the 12000 mAh capacity it features a high
charging power.
The battery has two output USB ports (USB type A) for charging the connected devices and one input USB port
(Micro USB type) for charging the power bank itself. Supplied with micro USB cable.

CONTROL
A: Charging the power bank:
1. Check the charging / capacity level (see point C and D) and charge the power bank as necessary. Using the
included micro USB cable connect the input USB port of the power bank to the USB port (USB 2.0/3.0) of your
notebook / PC or to a 230 V USB charger (e.g. i-tec USB Power Quatro Charger 4 Port).
2. The charging level is indicated by 4x LEDs (see point D).
Note: During charging of the power bank it is not possible to simultaneously charge the connected USB equipment.
B: Charging of the connected devices:
1. Using the included micro USB cable (or using the original USB cable of the charged devices) connect the device
to the output USB port of the power bank (USB type A). Make sure that the cable is properly connected to the
device.
2. Charging will start within 5 s or press the ON/OFF button to start charging. Check the charging status on the
connected device. If during charging you disconnect the device from the power bank and connect it again after a
while, charging may not restart automatically (e.g., in case of iPhone 5). In this case restart charging by a long
pressing of the ON/OFF button on the power bank.
3. During charging of the connected devices the 4x LEDs on the power bank are ON (see point D).
C: Turning ON the LEDs (power indicator):
1. Press the ON/OFF button on the power bank – the 4x LEDs indicating the charging level will go ON (based on the
capacity). If no charged device is connected, all LEDs will turn OFF within approx. 15 s.
2. When the LEDs are flashing then the capacity is low and it is necessary to recharge the power bank.
3. If no light goes ON after pressing the ON/OFF button then the capacity is zero (it is necessary to recharge the
power bank) or the power bank has a defect (contact your claim-handling department) and return the product.
