Problem
LED indicator is not on
No signal
No image or sound
Information that the channel
is coded / unavailable
Remote control does not
work
Forgotten channel password
When the device is moved
to another room, there is no
signal
OAD is on- searching for
software
Possible reason
Power adapter is
disconnected
Antenna is disconnected
Antenna is damaged/
improperly set
No signal is transmitted
Improper mode has been
selected on the TV
Coded / unavailable channel Choose another channel
The device is turned off
The remote control is not
pointed at the device
There are obstacles
between the remote control
and the device
The batteries are discharged

Possible solution
Check the connection of
power adapter
Check antenna connection
Choose proper mode on
the TV
Turn on the device
Point the remote control at
the device no more than
8 meters from the remote
control sensor and within 30°
horizontally and 30° vertically
of the front of the unit
Make sure there are no
obstacles between the remote
control and the device
Replace the batteries with
the new ones
Delete locked channel and
scan channels again
Check antenna connection
or connect amplifier to the
antenna
Disconnect the antenna, wait
until searching is finished,
enter menu, go to [System],
[Software update] and turn
off OAD
