-High pressure lines, ball valves, high pressure pump, high pressure hoses
Hochdruckschläuche, Hochdruckpistolen, Strahlrohr auf Beschädigung und
einwandfreie Funktion prüfen
-High pressure hoses, high pressure pistols, check Branchpipe on proper
function and damage
Zuleitungskabel, elektrische Steckvorrichtung auf Beschädigung prüfen
-Feeder cables, check electrical plug connection for damage
Unloaderventil auf einwandfreie Funktion prüfen
-Check unloadervalves for proper operation
Ölstand der Hochdruckpumpe überprüfen, Ölqualität überprüfen, das Öl darf
nicht milchig sein
-Check oil level of the high pressure pump, check the oil quality, the oil should
not be milky
Wasserfilter überprüfen bzw. reinigen ** Wasserfilter bauseits**
-Check the water filters or clean **the water filters site **
Hochdruckpumpe auf Leckage kontrollieren
-High pressure pump check for leaks
Pumpenöl der Hochdruckpumpe beim ersten Mal nach 50 Betriebsstunden und
danach alle 150 Betriebsstunden wechseln, spätestens jedoch alle 6 Monate
-Pump oil of the high pressure pump change for the first time after 50 hours
and then change every 150 hours, but at least every 6 months
Überprüfen der gesamten Hochdruckreinigungsanlage einschl. Zubehör nach
den UVV, sowie die Erstellung eines Prüfprotokolls indem die Ergebnisse der
Prüfung dokumentiert werden.

according the UVV as well as the creating of a test report using the results of
the test are documented.
