Druckregelventil Standardversion HKY alle Typen
Das Druckregelventil begrenzt den Betriebsdruck.
Der gewünschte Betriebsdruck kann hiermit stufenlos eingestellt werden.
Wird der zulässige max. Betriebsdruck überschritten oder ist die Spritzpistole geschlossen, so
leitet das Druckregelventil das Wasser durch seinen By-Pass Anschluss drucklos zur
Hochdruckpumpe zurück.
Bei Systemen mit Abschaltautomatik wird die Pumpe beim Öffnen des Druckschalters nach
ca. 30 Sekunden abgeschaltet.
Sinkt der Betriebsdruck, so schaltet die Pumpe sofort wieder ein.
Beseitigen Sie Undichtheiten im Drucksystem oder an der Spritzeinrichtung unverzüglich.
Undichtheiten führen zu dauerndem Einschalten des Antriebsmotors. Durch ständiges schalten des
Druckreglers wird das Hochdrucksystem beschädigt.

The pressure control valve limits the operating pressure.
The desired operating pressure can be adjusted herewith stepless.
If the permissible maximum operating pressure is exceeded, or if the spray gun is closed, the
pressure control valve pipes the water back through its bypass connection pressureless to the
high pressure pump.
For systems with automatic shutdown, the pump will be turned off by opening the pressure switch
after approx. 30 seconds. The pump will be turn on immediately if the operating pressure will drop.
Rectify the leaks in the pressure system or at the spraying device immediately.
Leaks lead to permanent switch on the drive motor. The high pressure system will be damaged
through permanent switching of the pressure regulator.
