Measuring Resistance

1. Connect the black test Iead to the „COM"
terminal and the red test Iead to the„

2. Set the function switch to the Ω position.
3. Connect the test Ieads across the object
to be tested.
4. Read the reading on the display.
Note:
1. lf the resistance is more than 1MΩ, it may
take several seconds for the reading to
stabilize. This is normal for high resis-
tance measurements.
2. lf the input terminals are in open circuit
state, the overrange indicator „OL " will be
shown on the display.
3. Before measurement, disconnect all po-
wer to the circuit to be tested and dischar-
ge all capacitors thoroughly.

Note:

Automatic Power-off
lf you have not used the meter or rotated
the function switch for about 15 minutes, the
meter will turn off automatically and go into
Sleep mode.
To arouse the meter from Sleep, rotate the
function switch or press a button.
