3. Operation for working
a. Sanding
• The sander can be used for most sanding operations on materials such as wood,
plastic, metal and painted surfaces.
•
Inhalation of dust particles can be
detrimental to health.
•
To install the dust extraction box or
tube, simply insert it into the dust
extraction port.
•
The dust extraction tube can be
connected with a dust extraction
system or a suitable vacuum cleaner.
•
Always keep the dust extraction
holes in the sanding base free of
obstructions.
•
Hold the tool firmly to control the
twisting of the tool.
•
To prolong the life of the tool never
overload it.
•
To turn the sander on, press the on/
off switch.
•
To stop the sander, release the on/off
switch.
•
If you press the lock on button while
the on/off switch is depressed,
the switch is kept in the operating
position. This is convenient when
continuous operating for extended
periods of time is required.
NOTE. Always lift the sander from the work
before switching on or switch off.
