Select your preferred settings:

1 Choose tanning (full body ¥ or halfbody ¼) or relaxing
(full body ×× ‚ or halfbody × )
2 Turn the time-selection ring to set the time of the tanning or
relax session
3 Press the sound selection button one or more times to select
the preferred sound.
