Water cooling: Connection of cooling hoses to hot press and water tank

Important: Short hose used to connect the upper to the lower heating plate. Please
make sure that the hose couplings are firmly in place when connecting. Risk of burns
due to water steam, hot water and water damage in general.
Attention: Do not position the connected cooling unit above the press before your start
the cooling process -> water can heating up!
After every second consecutive welding replace water with cold water!

Preparation

Determine belt length, cut both belt ends of the profile
bevel and vertical to the desired length.
Select the mould according to the profile.
Fill the water tank to the upper edge of the second ring
with water when using water cooling (figure 1).
Attention: Do not position the connected cooling unit
above the press before your start the cooling process
-> water can heating up!
After every second consecutive welding replace water with
cold water!
