OPERATION

1. Connect the power plug (9) to a suitable power outlet. Make sure to check for the correct
connected load.
2. Push the on/off switch 1/0 (7) to position 1. The power indicator light (6) goes on. Within a very
short time, the curling iron (2) heats up to 170° C and is then ready for operation.
3. Only use the curling iron on clean, dry hair and only curl a small amount of hair at a time.
4. Open the hair clamp (3) on the curling iron by pushing down on the clamp lever (5).
5. Place the tips of the hair in the clamp and close the hair clamp (3) on the hair.
6. Now hold the rotatable, unheated tip (1) of the curling iron with your other hand and roll the hair
onto the curling iron.
7. Roll the hair towards your scalp as far as desired, but without touching your scalp with the hot iron.
Wait until the hair is warm.
8. Open the hair clamp (3) and loosen the curl from the curling iron.
9. Let the curled hair cool down completely.
10. Disconnect the power plug after use (9) and let the curling iron cool down completely.
11. Always place the curling iron on its stand (4) when it is not in use.
12. For storage, the curling iron can also be hung on a hook with the hanging loop (8).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Caution! Prior to cleaning, always disconnect the power plug and let the iron cool down
completely.
Use a damp cloth to clean the outer casing. Make sure that no water gets inside the openings. Dry off
all parts thoroughly after cleaning.
Attention! Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene, scouring cleaning agents, etc., to clean
the synthetic parts of the device. Do not use hard brushes or metallic objects.
