3. Special Instruction

The "free repair and free replace" warranty is limited to the products main body hardware and does not
include accessories.
•
Within 14days after ordering, the products with performance problem and without outlook damage can
be replaced with a new one of the same model. Returns for credit not in resalable condition will incur a
restocking fee at the discretion of INSTAR.
•
Please do not return the goods to us as freight collect. Freight-collect shipping will be rejected. In
case you want to return your product, please pay the postal fee prior shipping. In case your product has to
be repaired within the first 14 days after receiving the product, we will refund you the postal fee since the
product already had a defective shortly after the delivery.
•
For any products in need of repairment within the 2-year-bring-in warranty, the customer will need to
send the product to INSTAR and pay the postal fee. INSTAR will then repair the product and ship it back
to the customer.
•
Supplementary and special costs can not be refunded. Cash on delivery mailing will not be accepted.
