Warranty - 1
1. Warranty Period:

INSTAR offers a free replacement or return for credit within 14days after purchase and a 2-year warranty
period on purchased products. During warranty period you can send in your device for a free repair. The
warranty starts from the purchase date. When sending in, please include the purchase invoice together
with the RMA form, otherwise, the warranty will be calculated from the date of production.
2. The following situations are beyond the scope of free maintenance, while we can offer you
paid service:
•
Beyond Warranty period.
•
Malfunction or damage caused by installing, using, maintaining or keeping the products not according to
the User Manual and other instruction.
•
Altering, tearing up the product barcode, seriel number lable without authorization.
•
Changing the product firmware or disassemble the product without authorization.
•
Product damage caused by accidents or human behavior, such as inappropriate input voltage, high tem-
perature, water flooding, and mechanical damage, broken, serious oxidation and rusting, etc.
•
Damage caused by inappropriate transportation, loading and unloading when the clients return the
product to repair.
•
Damage due to force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning
•
Damage caused by other design, technology, manufacturing and quality other than product itself.
•
Product with obvious mechanical damage, cracks, serious deformation, bare core, etc.
