1.2 Function Description
The coffee is brewed at a temperature of approx. 95°C to preserve
the aroma.
The water is heated in the heating element and rises gradually
through the cylinder pressure in the riser tube up into the filter
attachment. In the filter, the hot water bubbles through the coffee
grounds.
As a result, the coffee powder is saturated with water and releases
valuable aromas into the hot water. The finished coffee pours back
into the coffee container. When the brewing process is over, the
appliance automatically switches to the temperature preservation
stage. This is indicated when the green indicator light (with the cup
symbol) lights up. Now the coffee can be dispensed via the spigot.
