led up with fluid.
If the pump is supplied with volume adjustment screw "Q" setted to less 50% than
WARNING
the nominal flow, startings are admissible only on condition that the system and
pump be completely filled up with fluid (see TAB.3).
During the starting operation, both the first and the followings, it is necessary that
WARNING
the pump (environment) and the fluid temperature don't differ by more than 20°C
[68°F]. If that is the case, the pump may be switched on only in short intervals of appro-
ximately 1÷2 seconds (start/stop mode) without pressure, until the temperatures are
balanced.

WARRANTY

All Berarma products are covered by 1 YEAR WARRANTY for free defects on workmans-
hip and material from shipment date, but in any case NOT EXCEED 18 MONTHS FROM
THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE LOT. Warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original
purchaser of products.
This warranty shall not be applied in case of, according to Berarma's final judement, faulty
mounting, negligent handling, self-made modifications and/or repairs with prior written
consent of the manufacturer, misapplication or misuses of products, and any of the proce-
dures have not been carried out as described in this leaflet.
The only adjustments available to customers are the pressure (FIG. 4 - FIG. 5) and flow
WARNING
(see TAB. 3) using the devices provided. Note: pressure must only be adjusted when
the pump is in zero flow setting operating (P connected to "all closed"). Any other
intervention must be carried out by Berarma personnel.
Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Berarma exclusive
decision, of products determined to be defective upon our examination. Repaired or repla-
cement product items shall be covered by the same terms of this warranty as the original
product.
Berarma warranty, in any case, will not be applied to those faults resulting from misuses
of the products, and eventually penalties for equipment stand-by and for late delivery.
Products claimed to be defective from purchaser and under warranty, must be returned to
Berarma freight prepaid, together with a short claim describing the fault shown by the
equipment and the reason for repair and/or replace service. Collect shipment will not be
accepted. If Berarma, upon inspection, agrees the product is defective and covered by this
