Operation
If damage to the internal rechargeable batteries/disposable
batteries causes battery fluid to leak, avoid touching the battery
fluid with your skin and dispose of the rechargeable battery in a
suitable manner.
Danger of short circuits
Never allow electrically-conductive parts to come into contact with
the two metal contacts of the battery pack.
➤ Take the rechargeable battery pack (2 4, page 3) out of the device if
necessary.
Protect the environment!
Do not dispose of defective rechargeable batteries in general
household waste. Return defective rechargeable batteries to
your retailer or take them to a collection point.
Use only the rechargeable battery pack supplied by the
manufacturer. Do not open the rechargeable battery pack.
A rechargeable battery pack can be obtained from your dealer
or direct from WAECO.
➤ Push the rechargeable battery pack, contact springs first, into the device
until it audibly snaps in.

Charging the battery pack

There are two ways of charging the battery pack in MyFridge MF-1W:
With the provided mains adapter connected to a 100-240 V mains socket
With the 12 V cable to a 12 V socket
Charging with the mains cable 12 V connection cable
➤ Switch the function switch (2 2, page 3) to "CHARGE".
➤ Insert the small round plug on the mains adapter or the 12 V connection
cable into the power connection (2 3, page 3) on MyFridge MF-1W.
➤ Plug the mains adapter in a 100-240 V mains socket or the 12 V
connection cable in a 12 V socket.
✓ The red charge display (2 1, page 3) lights up.
✓ The rechargeable battery pack is charged. The charging time is
approximately eight hours.
If the charge display flashes red, either the battery pack is not correctly
aligned or there is a malfunction.
