Pipe installation

Pipe installation must be carried out in accordance with
current norms and directives.
The drain valve is installed on the heating system's return
line (XL2).
The system where the accumulator tank is installed must
be equipped with a safety valve of maximum 6 bar (0,6
MPa) and its overflow pipe must run unobstructed to
the drain. The overflow pipe must be the same size as
the safety valve. The overflow pipe must be routed in-
clined downwards along its entire length and be frost
proof. The outlet of the overflow pipe must be visible.
NOTE
Fit the cover discs before the pipe installation
is made
Filling
The accumulator tank is filled by first opening the vent
valve (QM23) at the top of the accumulator tank.
Fill the vessel through the drain valve.
The vent valve can only be closed when the accumulator
tank is filled, which is when only water comes out of the
vent valve (initially an air-water mixture comes out of
the vent valve).
