Laufwerk / Drive Mechanism
2.7 Andruckrolle (Pos. 37)
– Laufwerk in Stellung "Eject" bringen.
– Feder der Andruckrolle aushaken und entfernen (Fig. 17).
– Führung (Pos. 41S) aus der Nut des Fädelmotorhalters (Pos. 40)
aushaken und so weit im Uhrzeigersinn verdrehen, bis die Andruck-
rolle und die Führung (Pos. 41S) entriegelt und abgenommen
werden können (Fig. 17).
Achtung: Kein Fett auf die Capstanwelle bringen. Der Einbau erfolgt
in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
2.8 Fädelschlitten rechts (Pos. 26)
– Laufwerk in Position "Eject" bringen.
– Mit einer Pinzette die beiden Schnapphaken zusammendrücken
und die Umlenkrolle von der Platte (Fig. 18) abnehmen.
– Fädelarm aus der Platte aushängen und diese nach vorne aus der
Führung schieben.
Nach Austausch des Fädelschlittens rechts muß der Bandlauf
(Punkt 3.1) kontrolliert und gegebenenfalls eingestellt werden.
2.9 Fädelschlitten links (Pos. 23)
– Laufwerk in Position "Eject" bringen.
– Feder (Fig. 27, Pos. 11) aushaken, damit der Bandzugfühler nicht
vorgespannt ist.
– An der Unterseite des Laufwerks die Sensorplatine teilweise aus-
hängen und den Hebel (Pos. 112M) entfernen.
– Mit einer Pinzette die beiden Schnapphaken zusammendrücken
(Fig. 18) und die Umlenkrolle "A" von der Platte "B" abnehmen
(Fig. 19).
– Fädelarm links aus der Platte aushängen und diese durch die
Aussparung im Chassis nach unten aus dem Laufwerk entfernen
(Fig. 19).
– Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Nach Austausch des Fädelschlittens links muß der Bandlauf (Punkt
3.1) kontrolliert und gegebenenfalls eingestellt werden.

2.7 Pressure Roller (Pos. 37)
– Set the tape deck to the "Eject" position.
– Unhook and remove the pressure roller spring (Fig. 17).
– Release the pressure roller guide (pos. 41S) from the guide in the
threading motor holder (Pos. 40) and turn the pressure roller guide
assembly clockwise until the pressure roller and the guide
(Pos. 41S) can be released and removed (Fig. 17).
Attention: Take care that the capstan does not come into contact with
grease. Reassemble in reverse order.

2.8 Threading Roller Unit, Right (Pos. 26)
– Set the tape deck to the "Eject" position.
– Compress the two snap hooks by means of tweezers and remove
the reverse roller from the holding plate (Fig. 18).
– Release the loading arm from the holding plate and push the latter
towards the front of the deck to remove it from the guide.
After replacing the threading roller unit (right), check and if necessary
readjust the tape transport (para 3.1).
2.9 Threading Roller Unit, Left (Pos. 23)
– Set the tape deck to the "Eject" position.
– Unhook the tension arm spring (Fig. 27, pos. 11) to avoid the tension
arm spring being pre-loaded.
– At the bottom side of the tape deck, partially unhinge the sensor print
and remove the tension lever (pos.112M).
– Compress the two snap hooks by means of tweezers (Fig. 18) and
remove the reverse roller "A" from the plate "B" (Fig. 19).
– Release the loading arm (left) from the holding plate and withdraw
the latter through the cutout in the chassis (Fig. 19).
– Reassemble in reverse order.
After replacing the threading roller unit (left) check and if necessary
readjust the tape transport (para 3.1).
