switch off the appliance immediately and set it
aside.
• The electronic elements in the control (switch)
lead to a slight warming of the control (switch)
during use. The control must never lie on the
pad and must never be covered by blankets,
pillows or similar items. Nor should you put
anything on it, lie down or sit on it.
• Do not use the heating pad on an adjustable bed.
• Make sure that you do not fall asleep while
using the pad.
• Never switch the appliance off at the plug, al-
ways press the ON/OFF button first, then pull out
the plug.
• When using temperature settings 4, 5 and 6, do
not use the pad for longer than 3 hours. Pro-
longed use could lead to overheating and da-
mage your appliance. Also, you should allow
the appliance to cool down fully before swit-
ching it on again. If the appliance overheats,
switch it off immediately, unplug it and wait
until it has cooled down.
