REMOVING AND REPLACING THE VISOR
Removing the visor:
The visor must be in the open position.
Push the security lock (A1) downwards.
The visor will unlock.
Detach the upper part from the holding ring (B2) by pulling it delicately
outwards.
The visor is now detached from one side.
Repeat the above steps for the other side.
Replacing the visor:
The lock must be in the high position (=closed).
Hold the visor in the open position. Ensure that the visor latches are
aligned with the latches of the fitting kit.
Insert the holding ring (C2) into the fitting kit starting with the top part
of the ring.
Gently press with your thumb on the entire holding ring (C2) to lock the
visor. A click confirms that the visor is locked into position. (D)
Check if the security lock (D1) is in the closed position.
Repeat the above steps for the other side.
Open and close the visor a few times to ensure the visor is secure and
functions properly.
MAINTENANCE OF THE FITTING KIT
It is advised to lightly lubricate the fitting kit once a year using ONLY
silicone grease.
In order to do this you have to remove the visor (see above).

Démontage de l'écran :
L'écran doit être en position ouverte.
Poussez le verrou de sécurité (A1) vers le bas.
L'écran se déverrouille.
Dégagez ensuite la partie supérieure de la rondelle de maintien (B2)
en exerçant une légère traction de l'ensemble vers l'extérieur.
L'écran est alors détaché d'un côté.
Recommencez l'opération de l'autre côté.
Montage de l'écran :
Le verrou doit être en position relevée (= fermé).
Tenez l'écran en position ouverte pour que les dents de la crémaillère et de l'écran soient bien en face l'une de l'autre.
Emboîtez la rondelle de maintien (C2) dans la plaquette/crémaillère en commençant par le haut de la rondelle.
Exercez une pression avec votre pouce sur l'ensemble de la rondelle de maintien (C2) afin de verrouiller
l'écran. Vous devez entendre un « clic » confirmant le verrouillage (D).

Vérifiez que le verrou de sécurité (D1) soit bien en position fermée.

L'écran est alors fixé d'un côté.
Recommencez l'opération de l'autre côté.
Actionnez l'écran une ou deux fois afin de vérifier son bon fonctionnement.
ENTRETIEN DE LA CREMAILLERE
Une fois par an, il est conseillé de lubrifier légèrement le mécanisme de crémaillère, et ce UNIQUEMENT avec
de la graisse silicone.
Pour se faire, vous devez démonter l'écran. (voir ci-dessus)

HOE UW SCHERM AANPASSEN
Uw scherm verwijderen:
Allereerst dient u uw scherm in de open positie te plaatsen.
Door de veiligheidsgrendel (A1) naar beneden te duwen ontgrendelt men het scherm en dient u vervolgens het
bovenste gedeelte van het bevestigingsschijfje (B2) los te maken door een zachte kracht naar de buitenzijde
uit te oefenen op het geheel.
Het scherm is nu los op 1 zijde.
Voer de dezelfde handeling nu uit voor de 2de zijde.

Uw scherm terugplaatsen:
Hou het scherm in open positie terwijl de vergrendeling zich in overzichtspositie (gesloten) bevind.

Controleer de positie van het scherm zodat de tanden van de bevestiging goed tegenover de tanden van het
scherm staan.
Plaats het vergrendelingsschijfje (C2) nu in het plaatje en begin met het bovenste gedeelte.
Druk met uw duim zachtjes op het geheel (C2) teneinde het scherm te vergrendelen.U dient een "klik" te
horen ter bevestiging dat het scherm goed gemonteerd zit (D).
Kijk na of het scherm goed onder de veiligheidsgrendel is gevallen (D1). Bevestig het scherm op 1 zijde.
Voer dezelfde handeling nog eens uit voor de 2de zijde.
Doe het scherm enkele malen op en dicht om na te gaan of deze goed functioneert en gemonteerd zit.
CLIC
ONDERHOUD VAN HET OPENINGSMECHANISME
Het wordt aangeraden om het sluitingssysteem/openingsmechanisme van

het scherm 1 maal per jaar te smeren met een kleine hoeveelheid SILICONE VET.

Om dit uit te voeren dient u het scherm te demonteren (zie hierboven).
