BABY born® kann die Augen schließen. Sobald man BABY born® den „magischen" Schnuller in den Mund steckt, schließt sie ihre Augen und
schläft. Im Schnuller ist ein Magnet eingearbeitet, der die Augen, die ebenfalls einen Magneten besitzen, schließt. Die Stärke der Magneten ist
äußerst gering. Bitte ahten Sie darauf, dass – falls sich einer oder mehrere Magneten lösen sollte(n) oder durch Zerstörung des Artikels zugänglich
werden sollte – der/die Magnet(e) nicht verschluckt oder eingeatmet werden. Die Verbindung von Magneten im menschlichen Körper kann zu
ernsthaften Verletzungen führen und umgehende medizinische Versorgung notwendig machen.
Renigung von BABY born®
Sollte BABY born® einmal schmutzig werden, so kann sie mit einem feuchten (nicht nassen) Waschlappen äußerlich gereinigt werden. Kurz nach
dem Baden ist es zwingend erforderlich BABY born® von innen zu reinigen. Ohne Reinigung besteht die Gefahr, dass die Reste von Bade-, Chlor-
oder Salzwasser die Schläuche und Behälter im Inneren der Puppe verstopfen. Bei längerem Gebrauch ohne entsprechende Reinigung besteht
die Gefahr der Schimmelbildung. Zur richtigen Reinigung von BABY born® füllen Sie lauwarmes Wasser mit etwas mildem Geschirrspülmittel in
das Fläschchen und schieben Sie es mit der Spitze nach unten, nur bis zur Hälfte in den Mund. (Falls Sie das Fläschchen bis nach hinten schieben
würden, würde das Spülwasser in den falschen Behälter gelangen). Sobald das Fläschchen leer ist bitte BABY born® kräftig schütteln, damit
sich Reste im Inneren lösen. Danach BABY born® fest auf das Töpfchen drücken, so dass der gesamte Inhalt entweichen kann. Achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass die Beine angewinkelt sind, damit sich das entsprechende Ventil öffnet. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang mehrmals, abschließend
mindestens zweimal mit klarem Wasser. Beim letzten Spülvorgang sollten sich keine Reste mehr im Spülwasser befinden. Anschließend BABY
born® noch ca. 15 min auf dem Töpfchen belassen, um eine vollständige Entleerung zu garantieren.

Due to the joints at her arms, legs and the head, BABY born® is fully articulated.
Feeding with ice cream
BABY born® loves to eat her ice cream! Before you can feed the doll with the ice cream your parents need to prepare icy water by putting ice cubes
together with a bit of cold water into a container. Now dip the upper part of the ice cream cone quickly into the icy water and feed the doll. As a
real baby BABY born® will now get a messy face. To clean her again put the included scarf into warm water and carefully wash her face.
Information for parents: The colour-change works via cold-warm-effect. The colour is visible with temperatures around 10°C and below. Colour-
change effect may not be seen obviously at the very beginning of playing. Be aware the flow of water when playing.
Effect will be fully shown after few times of playing.
Eating and going to the potty
BABY born® can really eat porridge. Fill the attached porridge bowl up to the mark (12 ml) with water; mix it with the contents of the bag until
all lumps have been stirred in and the porridge has absorbed the water. After a short time, the porridge will have achieved the proper thin
consistency, and you will be able to feed BABY born®. Lay BABY born® across your arm, and feed her with your other hand. Use only original BABY
born® food as otherwise the tubes and tanks within the doll may become blocked. Never fill the porridge into the bottle. It may pour into a tank
inside the doll that is not intended for porridge, thus blocking the tank. In case the doll food runs out, you can buy the porridge at your toy store.
The doll food is made up of a sugar-starch mixture and poses no health hazard if inadvertently consumed. Please mind the best before date
printed on the bags. After feeding, BABY born® can go to the potty. For that, undress BABY born®, bend her legs and press her on the potty. The
porridge will only come out of BABY born®`s body if her legs are pushed In towards the potty, which causes the valve of the food tank inside her
to open up.
Important:
It is absolutely necessary to clean BABY born®'s internal tube system immediately after emptying. Please see also „Cleaning BABY born®".
Drinking and soiling her nappy
BABY born® can really drink. When feeding, you should hold her upright so that she will not soil her nappy immediately. Then fill the included
bottle with fresh tap water. All other liquids may block the tubes and tanks inside the doll. Afterwards, screw the nipple on tightly. For drinking,
put the tip of the bottle deep into her mouth and press on the sides of the bottle. The tip of the bottle should be pointing upwards. BABY born®
can drink about 1/3 of the bottle before soiling her nappy. As soon as you lay BABY born® down, she will soil her nappy. The wet nappy can then
be changed. One nappy is included in package; BABY born®-fitted nappies can be obtained from your toy store.
Crying
If you squeeze BABY born®'s right arm several times, she can cry real tears. You will have to have fed BABY born® with about one bottle of water
for the tear tank to fill. When you feed her, the water pours into 2 separate tanks (tear tank and water tank). As the water tank takes only 1/3 of the
bottle, water may pour into the nappy. Nevertheless, feed her the bottle completely to fill the tear tank.
