APPROXIMATE COOKING TIMES AND TEMPERATURE
Use the following table to determine the suitable temperature for every ingedient. Frozen foods can be fried at a higher
temperature than fresh food.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
FILTER CLEANING
The lid of the fryer is provided with a special odour-absorbing fi lter that must be cleaned at regularly.
1. Leave the pan to cool completely and remove the oil from the inside.
2. Remove the lid of the fryer by opening it completely and then pulling it up.
3. Dip the cover a water and soap or degreaser for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Rinse the cover with water and let it dry thoroughly.
5. Place the cover back on the fryer this time pushing it down into the hinges.
REMOVABLE TANK CLEANING
1. Leave the pan to cool completely and remove the oil from the inside
2. Remove excess oil using absorbent paper.
3. Thoroughly clean the inside of the tank, the handle and the metal basket with a degreasing soap and warm water. Do
not use abrasive sponges. Finally, dry it.
4. Clean the plastic parts of the fryer with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a few drops of degreaser. Always wipe
thoroughly with a damp cloth and then dry.
5. Put the oil in a bottle or in a dedicated container and store it in a dry place away from sunlight. It is possible to reuse
the oil for about 10 times fi ltering it with a paper towel to remove the frying residues.
6. Sore the appliance.
• Make sure that the plug is disconnected from the outlet before cleaning.
• Clean after each use.
• Never use corrosive or abrasive sponges, cleaning products.
• Never immerse the fryer in water or other liquids.
AFTER 10-15 USES IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE FILTER. THE USE OF THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT FILTER IS NOT RECOMMANDED.
