Material damage caused by incorrect
attachment of the whipping disc to the
splash guard!
Never attach the combination of the splash
•
guard and whipping disc (3) to the protec-
tive outer beaker / pacotizing beaker before
processing. This can result in damage to the
PACOJET basic appliance and its accessories.
Attach the combination of the splash guard
•
and whipping disc to the magnetic knife holder
before attaching the protective outer beaker.
a.) Insert the whipping disc into the splash guard
by inserting the blade head (6) of the whipping disc
into the hole in the splash guard.
While doing so, make sure that the flat side of the
splash guard is pointing downwards towards the
whipping disc.
Before completing this step, make sure that the
preliminary scraper is attached to the splash guard
and that the lip of the scraper is pointing towards
the whipping disc.
b.) Pacojet 1/Pacojet 2
Secure the splash guard and whipping disc combina-
tion to the knife of the pacotizing shaft.
Turn slightly from left to right (counterclockwise)
until the magnet in the knife holder of the pacotizing
shaft holds the blade head.
b.) Pacojet 2 Plus
Secure the splash guard and whipping disc combina-
tion to the knife holder of the pacotizing shaft.
To do this, attach the blade head of the whipping
disc to the knife holder. Perform an eighth turn
(approx. 45 °) from left to right (counterclockwise).
The processing tool is properly secured when this
is firmly attached to the knife holder.
