This User Manual contains all information required to ensure safe handling of the Pacojet
Coupe Set.
Read this document carefully before starting up the machine and follow all safety notes.
Always operate and use these accessory parts in the manner described in this manual.
Any deviation from the processes described in this manual can result in injuries to the operator
or damage to the PACOJET basic appliance and its accessories in certain circumstances.
This User Manual is part of the Pacojet Coupe Set and must be made available at all times.
If the appliance changes hands, this document must be given to the new owner.
This document is only valid in conjunction with the respective User Manual of the PACOJET ba-
sic appliance being used. Also read the User Manual for your PACOJET basic appliance before

using the Pacojet Coupe Set.

2. Using the Pacojet Coupe Set
2.1

Proper and improper use

The Pacojet Coupe Set has been designed for the processing of unfrozen foods (e.g., meat/
fish, vegetables, herbs, fruits and nuts), the manufacture of fillings, mousses, purees, terrines,
spreads, sauces, herbal oils, and much more as well as the processing of liquid foods without
heat transfer.
Any usage that goes beyond the description provided here, including the processing of
other substances, can cause injuries and damage. Any improper usage as defined here is not
permitted!
The Pacojet Coupe Set may only be used in conjunction with the PACOJET basic appliance
for which it is intended. Refer to the User Manual of the PACOJET basic appliance to find out
whether your PACOJET basic appliance can be used with the Pacojet Coupe Set.
Consecutive numbers are used to present a series of consecutive steps in

illustration.
