Contrôle étalonnage

• Si vous observez une différence de débit entre le côté
gauche et droit au cours de l'épandage, veuillez contrôler
les deux étalonnages suivants.
Œ
Régler la trappe au repère 30.
Mettre une cale de 25 mm entre le tapis et la trappe (ne pas
mettre la cale au milieu mais sur les bords de la trappe).
Vous devez avoir la même cote à la trappe droite et gauche.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, ajuster la position du repère (mieux vaut
deux trappes au repère 28 qu'une à 28 et l'autre à 30).
Calibration check

• If you notice a difference in flow rate between the right-
hand and left-hand sides whilst spreading, check the
following two calibrations.
Œ
Set the flap to 30.
Place a 25 mm block between the conveyor and the flap
(position the block at the edges of the flap, not the middle).
You should have the same dimension at the left-hand and the
right-hand flap. If this is not the case, adjust the flap setting
(it is better to have two flaps set at 28 than one at 28 and the
other at 30).
Eichungskontrolle

• Wenn während der Streuung ein Unterschied zwischen den
Streumengen auf der linken und rechten Seite festgestellt
wird, die beiden folgenden Eichungen kontrollieren.
Œ
Schieber auf Markierung 30 einstellen.
Ein Paßstück von 25 mm zwischen Band und Schieber
anbringen (nicht in der Mitte, sondern an den Rändern des
Schiebers).
Das Maß muß am rechten und linken Schieber das gleiche
sein. Falls nicht, die Stellung der Markierung korrigieren (zwei
Schieber auf Markierung 28 sind besser als einer auf 28 und
der andere auf 30).
