Please note:
The processing time for the ice cream may vary
depending on specific recipes or personal taste.
In the Recipe Book you will find more information
on quantities of ice cream and processing time.
- When the ice-cream is ready, switch off by
pressing the selected switch again.
• Up to 10 minutes after switching on you can
switch from making "Compact ice" to making
"Soft ice" (or in reverse).
• If switch "Soft ice" has been selected and the
Ice-Cream Maker has not been switched off
after 30 minutes, the appliance will reduce
stirrer speed to keep the Soft ice longer in
optimum condition.
• Never insert e.g. a spoon into the bowl while
the appliance is operating.
• Do not switch off prematurely! If the appliance
is switched off too soon the ingredients may
freeze on to the cooling disc so that the stirrer
cannot rotate anymore.
• Do not let the Ice-Cream Maker work too long:
switch off as soon as you can see ice-cream
melting at the surface or sides.
- Switch off (fig. 13 a and 13b). Remove the
mains plug from the wall socket and take the
cover with the motor unit off the appliance .
- With a ladle or spoon the ice-cream may be
removed from the bowl (fig. 14). The remainder
may be removed using a plastic spoon or
spatula to avoid damage to the cooling disc
(fig. 15).
Safety shut-off
The Ice-Cream Maker is equipped with a safety
shut-off.
After 120 minutes of operation and also if
overloading occurs, the motor is switched off
automatically.
