01. general descrIPtIon

Trotec Air Circulators move high volumes of air at low
RPM. All units feature 3-blade aluminum propeller
with anodized weather resistant finish. Fan housing is
constructed of heavy-duty galvanized steel in Safety
Yellow.
02. PrecautIons
• Ensure that the power source conforms to the elec-
trical requirements of the air circulator.
• Where possible, avoid the use of extension cords. If
they must be used, minimize the risk of overheating
by ensuring of the proper gauge and length.
m Never use a single extension cord to operate
more than one air circulator.
• Do not kink the cord or allow it to contact oil, gre-
ase, chemicals, hot surfaces, or sharp or abrasive
objects.
• This air circulator is to be operated ONLY in place to
prevent persons and objects from contacting the re-
volving propeller. Any other use voids warranty and
may create unsafe conditions.
• Air circulator is intended for general air circulation
ONLY. It must NOT be used in potentially dangerous
locations such as flammable, explosive, chemical
laden atmospheres. Do not attach ductwork to the
air circulator.

• Air circulator motor is equipped with an automatic
resetting thermal protector that will disconnect po-
wer if the motor overheats. Always unplug air circu-
lator before removing guard or otherwise accessing
the motor, as it may restart unexpectedly.
• In cases in which property damage may result from
malfunction of the air circulator, a suitable alarm (air
switch, temperature sensor, etc.) should be used
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacture, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
03. assemBly InstructIons
1. Unpack the mobile unit, wheels, and front legs
from their respective cartons.
2. Place the unit on a flat, level surface and carefully
tilt unit toward one end so that the round frame
tube for the wheel assemblies is accessible.
3. Remove the screws from the wheel assemblies.
4. Insert the wheel assemblies into the base of the
frame tubing, aligning the holes of the wheel as-
semblies with the holes on the frame tubing.
5. Reinsert the screws from step.
m do not cross thread.
6. Ensure wheels turn freely.
7. Tilt unit toward opposite end.
8. Remove the screws from the front legs.
