7. Filter cartridge replacement
Remove filter tube with the pivot wrench included with the unit. For the sintered filter, uns-
crew diverter (Order No. 24521), cyclone tube (Order No. 22137) and sintered filter (Order
No. 22160). For the fine filter and activated charcoal filter, unscrew retainer (Order No.
24562) and remove filter cartridge. During the assembly in reverse order, please strictly
observe that the fine filter cartridge (blue), respectively the activated charcoal cartridge
(black) are installed in the correct filter stage. For an easy identification, a coloured label
(sleeve blue, resp. black) is mounted on the respective thread rods. Furthermore, the filter
housing is furnished with a coloured label (label filter exchange in respective colours).
Please ensure perfect fit, resp. damage-free O-ring.
Please note! After having cleaned the filter sleeve, please slightly grease the thread
with SATA high performance grease allowing an easy mounting of the filter sleeve on
the filter housing.
