4. Press the Fc/Lux button to select your measurement unit.
5. Aim the light receptor to the light source at a distance of 1 to 1.5 m.
The light level appears on the display.
6. Hold the backlight/data hold button pressed for 3 seconds to freeze the
reading on the display. Briefly press again to unfreeze.
7. Press the MIN/MAX button to display the recorded maximum value,
press again to display the recorded minimum value, press again to exit
the function. Hold the MIN/MAX button pressed for 3 seconds to delete
the recorded minimum and maximum values.
8. Press the on-off button for 3 seconds to switch off the meter.
9. Place the protective cap over the light receptor after use.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance

 Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use
alcohol or solvents. DO NOT submerge the device in any liquid.
 Store the meter in a dry place away from humidity and vibrations.
 Remove the battery when the meter is to be stored for long periods of
time.
