Description of the Main Parts

RONDA 370 has been constructed as a compact mobile recycling system for collection and recycling of drilling
sludge / cooling water within the concrete industry and diamond cutting.

Motor Top
The powerful motor top of the RONDA 370 is placed in the motor
top.
In the motor top there is a float valve, which will close the suction
hole to the suction motor.
If the liquid level rises to a critical level, the float will cut off the air
flow to the motor. In this way you make sure that no liquid will reach
the suction motor.
NB: The machine must be switched off and emptied if the float valve
is blocking the suction.
The motor top is mounted on an adapter ring and fastened with two
container clips.
The intake is placed in the adapter ring. You can benefit from
mounting the collection bag on the adapter ring before placing the
ring on the machine.
The collection bag will hold back the particles that may be in the
liquid collected. The collection bag is fastened around the container
coupling and supported by the white strip between the adapter ring
and the motor top.
NB: ALWAYS use a collection bag as this will hold back the
particles that may otherwise damage the pump and the tools
mounted.
