Not all of the accessories illustrated or described
are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specific models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Wheels assembly / disassembly (see fig. 1.1)

• Install wheels 17 as shown in fig. 1.1.
• Disassemble in the reverse sequence�
Transporting handle (see fig. 1.2)
[CT31015]
Transporting handle 14 may be positioned as deemed
comfortable by the user� Press and hold button 13 and
move transporting handle 14 up or down (see fig. 1.2).
Reservoir connection / disconnection (see fig. 2-3)
Connect / disconnect reservoir 6 as shown on fig-
ures 2-3�1�
Flexible extension hose connection / disconnec-
tion (see fig. 4)

• Flexible extension hose 27 allows spraying material
onto horizontal surfaces as well as in hard-to-reach
places (for example, when painting heating radiators)�
• Unscrew nozzle 1 (see fig. 4).
• Screw flexible extension hose 27 on, then bend it
into the required position�
• In order to disconnect, perform these steps in re-
verse order�
Air hose connection / disconnection (see fig. 5-6)
[CT31014, CT31014M, CT31015]
• Connect the air hose 19 to the spray gun unit 8 as
shown on the fig. 5.1. and 6.1.
• Connect the air hose 19 to the power unit 16 as
shown on the fig. 5.2. and 6.2.
• In order to disconnect, perform these steps in re-
verse order�
Installing / replacing the nozzle (see fig. 7)
[CT31013, CT31014, CT31014M, CT31015]
• Unscrew coupling nut 4 with installed selector 3 (see
fig. 7).
• Remove air cap 2�
• Install / replace nozzle 1 and seal ring 23� Attention:
follow the mounting sequence (see fig. 7).
• Install air cap 2 and screw coupling nut 4 with
installed selector 3�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
[CT31012]
Switching on:
Press and hold on / off switch 15�
Switching off:
Release on / off switch 15�
[CT31013]
Switching on:
Press and hold trigger 9�
Switching off:
Release trigger 9�
[CT31014, CT31014M, CT31015]
Switching on:
Press and release on / off switch 15� In order to start
spraying material, press and hold trigger 9 on the
spray gun unit 8�
