Note: This product generates steam and moisture. Water stains,
discolouration or damage to the floor surface can occur if the
appliance is operated for too long in one place.
Best results:
1. Wipe or vacuum before use.
2. The microfibre cloth must be clean and dry before use. To
change the cleaning cloth, allow the appliance to cool and
remove it. Replace it with a new microfibre cloth.
3. To disinfect an of your floor, hold the H2O SteamFX™ Pro
hand-held steam cleaner over the surface for about 10
seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds. Do not perform this
procedure on heat- or steam-sensitive floors.
Accessories and use
POWER NOZZLE (ill. 5)
For general steam cleaning
ASSEMBLY: Attach the attachment to the steam outlet of the
main unit and turn until it snaps into place.
TIPS / WARNINGS: Make sure that the nozzle is correctly
engaged.
POINTED ATTACHMENT (ill. 6)
Ideal for cleaning fixtures on sinks and hard-to-reach places.
ASSEMBLY: Attach the pointed attachment to the long or short
nozzle and rotate until it snaps into place.
TIPS / WARNINGS: Make sure that the pointed attachment is
correctly engaged.
CIRCULAR BRUSH (ill. 7)
The circular brush is ideal for cleaning smooth, hard surfaces
such as toilets, sinks, kitchen counters, etc. To clean the dirtiest
areas, you can use soap or detergent directly upon the point to
be cleaned.
ASSEMBLY: The round brush can be connected to any steam
nozzle. Attach the round brush by turning the end of the nozzle.
CLEANING WINDOWS (ill. 8)
Mount the fabric attachment including the window cleaning
attachment directly onto the main unit or to one of the extension
rods, in combination with one of the available cleaning cloths.
ASSEMBLY: Attach a cleaning cloth of your choice to the window
cleaning attachment.
TIPS / WARNINGS: Do not use the steam cleaner on cold or
frosted glass, as the glass could break or crack due to the hot
steam.
CORD CLOTH WINDOW CLEANING (ill. 9)
Use this to clean windows, mirrors and glass.
ASSEMBLY: Attach the cord cloth over the window cleaning
attachment. Do not cover the squeegee. Be sure to attach the
cloth to all hooks on the cleaning attachment frame so that it
does not slip off the frame during use.

STEAMING CLOTHES (ill. 10)
To steam a garment, hang the garment on a hanger and steam
it directly. Slowly push the top of the fabric attachment vertically
over the garment to straighten the fabric and remove wrinkles
and odours.
ASSEMBLY: Attach the microfibre cloth steamer / window
cleaner over the fabric attachment.
TIPS / WARNINGS: Some fabrics such as leather, suede and velvet
may not be suitable for steaming. Please read the manufacturer's
care label. Curtains can be steamed while hanging.
CARPET GLIDER (ill. 11)
This can be used for carpets and rugs.
ASSEMBLY: Place the floor nozzle with the microfibre cloth
directly on the carpet glider.
TIPS / WARNINGS: Only use the microfibre cloth on carpets with
the carpet glider. Never use the carpet glider on scratch sensitive
surfaces.
After use:
1. Disconnect the power supply and pour the remaining water
out of the water tank. Allow the steam cleaner to cool for 3 to
5 minutes.
2. Remove the used cloth (CAUTION: the accessory can still be
hot) and wash it in the washing machine or by hand.
3. Store the steam cleaner in a dry place away from direct
sunlight.
TIP: For best performance, replace the cloth every 2-3 months.
Cleaning and maintenance
DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY
DURING CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.
Cleaning process for removing limescale:
If your H2O SteamFX™ Pro is producing steam more slowly than
usual, or is no longer producing steam, you must perform a
descaling of the appliance. Especially in areas with hard water,
it is necessary to descale after 25 full water tank applications
or once per month. Use filtered or distilled water for better
performance.
Descaling:
1. Prepare a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water and fill
the water tank.
2. Make sure that the released steam does not come into
contact with surrounding objects. Plug the appliance into a
properly grounded outlet, turn it on and allow the appliance to
generate steam until the vinegar/water solution is exhausted.
3. Repeat the above procedure until a normal steam flow is achieved.
4. Fill the tank with fresh water and rinse.
5. Refill the water tank with fresh water and allow the appliance
to generate steam until the water tank is empty.
6. After each descaling, carry out a test cleaning upon a suitable
location to ensure that there are no residues in the system.
