RANGE (CRUISE DISTANCE ON ONE BATTERY CHARGE)
A distance the vehicle can cover depends on many factors, and thus may decrease in
relation to:
• topography: uneven surface will shorten the range;
• weight;
• temperature: extreme temperatures shorten the range;
• maintenance: proper handling, charging, etc. will optimize the range distance;
• speed: moderate, economic driving will optimize distance; while frequent starts,
stops, changes of speed reduce the distance.
• Maximum speed for the vehicle is ~12 km/h.
• The device prompts about speeding with an alarm signal.
• IMPORTANT: When you approach the maximum speed, the device will try to prevent
you from accelerating further. It will tilt back in order to shift your weight backward. You
may feel that you are being 'pushed' back or that you cannot make it go any faster. Do
not continue leaning or bending forward to increase your speed or you will fall.
Always check the battery charge before using. Do not ride when its battery is low!
Flashing green or red battery indicator signalize low battery. In such case, stop using the
vehicle and charge it. Do not continue using the vehicle, as the system will automatically
tilt the base of the platform to prohibit using the device – risk of falling is increased!
• Charge the device fully before first use.
• Do not use the device if the battery gives out any odor or excessive heat or when
there's leakage.
• Do not use the device when it is charging! Make sure the vehicle is switched off
before connecting to charger!
• Ensure the charging port is dry prior to charging!
• Charge the vehicle only with the included/authorized power adapter.
1. Plug the charger into mains socket (100 – 240 V; 50/60 Hz). The light on the charger
lights up green.
2. Plug the other end of the charger into the vehicle (ensuring proper polarity - note the
indentation on the plug). The indicator should turn red (otherwise, check connection).
3. When the battery indicator turns from red to green, the charging is complete.
Disconnect charger from the device and power mains outlet. Do not overcharge the
