12. Now connect the back rest (11) and the right leg frame (2) by inserting
a long metal threaded bolt (8d) through the leg frame's opening and
screwing it tight with the Allen key (8a). Carry out a tensile test! The front stay
is now firmly fitted between the two leg frames. Carry out a tensile test!
13. Push the seat panel (10) into the notches at the desired height (refer to point
15 for suitable heights!). Insert the foot panel (1) at an appropriate height.
Make sure that the two panels are fitted in parallel! Now screw the middle
threaded bolt tightly to the right leg frame with the Allen key, in order to
connect the right leg frame firmly to the short metal rod (7). Carry out a tensile
test! Open the adjustable belt's lock and wrap it around the metal bar (7).
Close the opening and tighten the belt.
14. It suffices to loosen the belt and to loosen both the upper and middle threaded
bolts, as well as to insert the panels at the desired heights as described by
point 13, if the heights of the seat panel and foot panel should be adjusted so
that the chair suits the child's size. Then screw the threaded bolts tight and
tighten the adjustable belt. Always carry out a tensile test.
15. We recommend that the panels are inserted into the following notches
(numbered from above), according to the child's size or age:
Up to 2 years
upper seat panel
into the 3rd notch;
lower foot panel
into the 8th notch.
Up to 4 years
With the stay:
upper seat panel
into the 4th
notch;
lower foot panel
into the 11th
notch.
Up to 6 years
upper seat panel
into the 5th notch;
lower seat panel
into the 13th
notch.
Up to 8 years
upper seat panel
into the 3rd
notch;
lower foot panel
into the 13th
notch.
