Ist die Versorgungsspannung unterbrochen
(Ruhezustand), ist der Sicherheitskontakt
17-18 offen und die Hilfskontakte geschlos-
sen. Die Leuchtdioden "power" und "out"
leuchten nicht. Wird die Versorgungs-
spannung angelegt, leuchtet die LED
"power". Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit
schließt der Sicherheitskontakt, die Hilfs-
kontakte öffnen und die LED "out" leuchtet.
Anwendung
In dem folgenden Anschlussbeispiel ist ein
Schutztürwächter in Verbindung mit dem
Zeitrelais PZA dargestellt.
Wird bei geschlossener Schutztür der Taster
"Start" betätigt, zieht Relais K1 an (z. B.
Motor startet) und der Öffnerkontakt K1 öff-
net. Das Zeitrelais PZA ist im Ruhezustand.
Die Schutztür kann nicht geöffnet werden.
Durch Betätigen der Taste "Stop" (Motor
wird abgeschaltet) fällt Relais K1 ab und der
Öffnerkontakt K1 schließt. Nach Ablauf der
eingestellten Zeit des Zeitrelais PZA
schließt dessen Sicherheitskontakt. Die
Schutztür kann durch Betätigen des Tasters
"Auf" geöffnet werden.
Statt des Sicherheitsschaltgeräts PNOZ 6
kann ein anderes Gerät der Reihe PNOZ
oder ein Gerät der Reihe PST eingesetzt
werden.
Das Gerät nur wie in dieser Abbildung
anschließen! Nicht bezeichnete Klemmen
dürfen nicht angeschlossen werden.

Fehler - Störungen
Bei einem Fehler im Zeitrelais bleibt der
Sicherheitskontakt geöffnet und die Hilfs-
kontakte geschlossen. Der Zeitwert geht
gegen unendlich.

Application
The following connection diagram shows a
PNOZ 6 used as a Safety Gate Monitor in
conjunction with the PZA Timer Relay.
If the "start" button is activated with the
safety gate closed, the relay K1 energises
(e.g. motor turned on) and the N/C contact
K1 opens. The Timer Relay PZA is in rest
condition. The safety gate cannot be
opened. If the "stop" button is activated
(motor turned off), relay K1 drops out and
the N/C contact K1 closes. After the set time
period has elapsed, the safety contact of the
Timer Relay PZA closes. The safety gate
can be opened by activating the "Auf" (open)
button.
The unit PNOZ 6 could be replaced with
another PNOZ or PST unit for this
application.

following example! Do not connect
unlabelled terminals!

Faults
If there is a fault in the Timer Relay, the
safety contact remains open and the
auxilliary contacts closed. The time period
defaults to infinity.

Les LEDs "Power" et "out" sont éteintes.Dès
que la tension d'alimentation est présente,
la LED "power" s'allume et la temporisation
commence. Au bout du temps affiché le
contact de sécurité se ferme, les contacts
d'info ouvrent et la LED "out" s'allume.
Utilisation
Le schéma ci-dessous montre l'utilisation
d'un relais PZA en liaison avec un relais de
surveillance de protecteurs. Si le protecteur
est fermé, une action sur le BP "Start" fait
monter le relais K1 (le moteur tourne) et le
contact à ouverture de K1 est ouvert (borne
A1 du PZA). Le PZA est au repos, le
protecteur ne peut pas être ouvert.
Une action sur le BP "Stop" entraîne la
retombée du rerlais K1 et la fermeture de
son contact pilotant le PZA. La
temporisation commence. Au bout du temps
affiché, le contact de sécurité du PZA (17-
18) se ferme. Le protecteur peut maintenant
être ouvert par le BP "Auf".
Le relais PNOZ 6 peut être remplacé par un
autre relais du type PNOZ ou PST.
Câbler l'appareil uniquement comme
l'indiquent le schéma suivant! Les bornes
non représentées ne doivent pas être
raccordées.

En cas de défaillance interne du bloc
temporisé, le contact de sécurité reste
ouvert et les contacts d'infos sont fermés.
La temporisation devient infinie.
