CAUTION!
• Read the manual carefully before using your new item.
• The balance bike should always be assembled by an adult.
• Prior to each use, please check that all screws are tightened.
• Protective equipment should be worn. Wear a helmet when you use the product.
• Always wear shoes when using the product.
• Do not ride your balance bike in sloping areas.
• Use the balance bike with caution, since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing
injury to the user or third parties.
• Don´t use the balance bike under slippery conditions, e. g. certain wet surfaces, ice etc.
Risk for falling down.
• Not to be used in traffic. Do not ride on streets, where cars may be present. Ride on smooth,
paved surfaces without loose debris, such as rocks or gravel, and away from motor vehicles.
• Ride your balance bike in daylight.
• Never let children use the balance bike without adult supervision.
• Using the balance bike is exclusively at your own risk.
• Keep the instruction in case of complaints.
ASSEMBLY
See pictures on page 2-3
1. Assemble the front fork to the frame (figure A). Place one bearing onto the front fork with
balls facing up (figure A1). Insert the fork into the frame. Place the other bearing into the top
head set with balls facing down (figure A2). Tighten with the large rounded nut (figure A3),
followed by the washer (figure A4) and the smaller nut (figure A5).
2. Assemble the handle bar. Insert the handle bar into the fork tube (figure B) and tighten the
top bolt (figure C). Thereafter tighten the screw to the handle bar tube (figure D).
3. Assemble the fenders (figure E). (screw+washer+nut) Use the shorter screw to the front
fender and the longer one at the rear.
4. Assemble the wheels (figure F). Start to tighten the nuts so the metal bushings are in contact
with the ball bearing. Place the locking washers with the hook into the hole in the frame
(figure F1). Tighten the dome nuts firmly.
5. Assemble the saddle (figure G). Insert the saddle tube into the frame and tighten the nut firmly.
