purpose must have unrestricted, safe and im-
mediate access to the devices.
• Telecommunication facilities required by these
personnel for the proper execution of your or-
der, for testing and diagnostic purposes or for
remedying faults must be provided by you at
your own expense.
• You shall be personally responsible for resto-
ring your own application software after com-
pletion of the service by the warranty provider.
• You shall be personally responsible for confi-
guring and connecting any existing external
devices after completion of the service by the
warranty provider.
• The free cancellation period for repairs or repla-
cements on site is at least 48 hours, thereafter
we shall invoice you for any costs resulting from
a late or missing cancellation.
