AIR FLOW IN THE PLACE OF INSTALLATION DURING COMBUSTION As the product draw their combustion air from the place of installation, it is MANDATORY that in the place itself, a sufficient quantity of air is introduced. If windows and doors are airtight (e.g. built according to energy saving criteria), it is possible that the fresh air intake is no longer guaranteed and this jeopardises the draught of the appliance and your health and safety. -

NORMAL OPERATION After having positioned the registers correctly, insert the indicated hourly wood load avoiding overloads that cause anomalous stresses and deformations (according to the instructions on paragraph TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION). You should always use the product with the door closed in order to avoid damages due to overheating (forge effect). The inobservance of this rule makes the warranty expire. -

VARNISHED PRODUCTS (If present) After some years of product use a change in the varnished details colour is totally normal. This is due to the considerable temperature range the product is subject to whenever in use and to the varnish ageing of time passing by. ATTENTION: before any possible application of the new varnish, do clean and remove all the traces from the surface which has to be varnished. -

CLEANING OF THE COLLECTION CASING COOKING through the oven The smokes collection casing can be cleaned either through the oven (remove the horizontal sheet metal which is the base of the oven See Picture 11) the cooker or from the top. To this purpose remove the circles of the cooking plate and disassemble the smokes pipe from the exhaust small trunk. -

• Um die Reinigung und die Wartung des Produktes und des Rauchabzugs zu ermöglichen, muss die Installation geeignet sein. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Ihr gewohnter Bezirksschornsteinfeger ist von der Installation des Heizungsherds zu unterrichten, damit er seinen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss an den Rauchabzug und dessen Leistungsvermögen überprüfen kann. -
Seite 38: Sofortiges Einschreiten
Überhitzung des Produkts und der anstehenden Möbel zu verhindern. Das gleiche gilt für die Öffnungen der Buchse. Die Dauerbrandherde von La Nordica eignen sich dafür, zu kochen, backen und Wohnräume zeitweise zu beheizen bzw. zur Unterstützung einer nicht ausreichenden Raumheizung. Sie sind ideal für Ferienwohnungen und Wochenendhäuser bzw. als Zusatzheizung während des ganzen Jahres. -

Seite 40: Schornsteinposition
Sollten die Rauchabzüge einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzen, sind die Innenkanten mit einem Radius von nicht weniger als 20 mm abzurunden. Beim rechteckigen Querschnitt muss das maximale Verhältnis zwischen den Seiten ≤ 1,5 betragen. Ein zu kleiner Querschnitt führt zu einer Verringerung des Zugs. Wir empfehlen eine Mindesthöhe von 4 m. VERBOTEN sind, da sie den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Geräts beieinträchtigen: Eternit, verzinkter Stahl, raue und poröse Abbildung 1 Innenflächen. -

hermetisch verschlossen werden (Pos. B), wobei darauf zu achten ist, den verbliebenen Raum zwischen dem Rohr und dem Rauchabzug unmittelbar unter dem Schornstein fest zu schließen (Pos. -

ANFEUERUNG WICHTIG: Es ist unvermeidlich, dass beim ersten Anfeuern (wegen der Nachtrockung des Klebstoffs in der Dichtschnur oder den Schutzlacken) ein unangenehmer Geruch entsteht, der nach kurzer Betriebsdauer verschwindet. Es muss in jedem Fall eine gute Belüftung des Raums gesichert sein. Beim ersten Anfeuern empfehlen wir, eine geringe Brennstoffmenge in den Ofen zu geben und die Heizleistung des Produckt langsam zu erhöhen. -

NORMALER BETRIEB Nachdem man die Einstellvorrichtung des Abgasventils richtig gestellt hat (vorzugsweise geschlossen), die angegebene stündliche Holzladung laden, und dabei Überladungen vermeiden, welche anomale Beanspruchungen und Verformungen verursachen (siehe Kap. TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG). Man darf immer den Produckte mit geschlossener Tür benutzen, um die Überhitzungsschaden zu vermeiden (Schmiedeeffekt). -

PRODUKTE MIT TEILEN AUS NATURSTEIN (wenn anwesend) Der Naturstein muss mit sehr feinem Schleifpapier oder mit einer Schleifschwamm sauber gemacht werden. KEIN Reinigungsmittel und KEINE Flüssigkeit verwenden. LACKIERTE PRODUKTE (wenn anwesend) Nach einigen Jahren von Verwendung ist ein Farbenwechsel der lackierten Teile ganz normal. Dieses Phänomen ist durch die beträchtlichen Temperaturschwankungen, denen das Produkt im Betrieb ausgesetzt ist, und durch die Alterung des Lacks selbst mit dem Lauf der Zeit bedingt. -

- Bei Rost auf der Innenseite der Tür, entfernen Sie diese mit Schleifmaterial und behandeln Sie die Oberfläche aus Gusseisen mit neutraler Vaseline. Um die Qualität der Lebensmittel die im Ofen gebacken werden zu versichern, ist das innere der Türen mit keinem Produkt behandelt worden. -
